I’ve used Jonathan Kensall of Bluegrass Surveying on two occasions when acting for my daughters when overseeing their loft extensions. In both cases, Adjoining Owners (AOs) wished to execute Party Wall Agreements and were content to appoint Jonathan as the Agreed Surveyor rather than appoint their own Surveyor.
