Thank you for your kind review. This was a tricky project with a rear extension and loft conversion on a Victorian terraced house. We had to serve Section 2 Party Structure notices and Section 6 Party Wall Excavation notices. After taking a Schedule of Condition of the Adjoining Owner's property we were able to serve a Party Wall Award and then the project could proceed. We hope the project goes well.
