When excavating within 3 metres of your neighbour's house and going deeper than their foundations you always need to serve a Section 6 Party Wall Notice. We were happy to act as Agreed Surveyor for you which involved taking a schedule of condition of your neighbour's property and serving a party wall award (agreement) on you both so that work could begin.
