Neighbour building on the party line whilst I was putting the property up for sale, so needed to safeguard the position of prospective purchasers. Jonathan Kensall of Bluegrass Surveying was meticulous in recording the condition of our property before work commenced and preparing the terms of a Party Wall Award with the agreed entitlements and responsibilities of our neighbour and ourselves. He was fast in turning work around and balanced and diplomatic in his approach to both parties. I believe this was very conducive to careful work on the boundary and a neat finish to the works as seen from our property whilst at the same time preserving good relations between neighbours. We were able to act as the agreed party wall surveyor, produce a schedule of condition ahead of the works beginning and then set out in the party wall award some protection for your property.
