Thank you for your kind review Ryan. For this extension there was a need to excavate for a new foundation within 3 metres of the adjoining foundation and to a lower level than the Adjoining Owner’s foundations. Also to build a new wall and foundations up to but not over the line of junction. This required party wall notices being served on the neighbour who dissented and appointed one of Bluegrass Surveying's surveyors to act as Agreed Party Wall Surveyor. We are happy to hear the project is progressing well.
