I highly recommend Bluegrass, they were so helpful when I had to get a party wall agreement setup. I tried to do it myself initially, but then realised it was more complicated than I first thought. So I contacted Bluegrass who gave me a great price for taking care of the agreement. Jonathan took the time to answer any questions I had, and when I asked if he could speak to the architect I was using, this wasn’t a problem at all for him.
