Went online to search for local surveyors for party wall and received several responses. Bluegrass were one of two that actually took the time to explain the process in simple terms so I understood the steps. When our first planning permission was refused, Bluegrass was the only one that kept in contact. Subsequently, when our second proposal was accepted for planning permission we contacted them who were more than happy to help. In this instance we served party wall notices on both neighbours as you would be excavating within 3 meters of their houses and both neighbours consented in writing so you could proceed with your project.
