Thank you for your kind review Chris. This was a rear extension, loft conversion and chimney removal and the adjoining owner was a housing association who did not respond to the party wall notices. The Party Wall Act required us to appoint a surveyor on the adjoining owner's behalf and serve a Party Wall Award on all parties. We hope the project goes well.
