My neighbour was trying to build a block fence across our boundary and I got in contact with Bluegrass Party wall surveyors on a Sunday . I was utterly shocked that Jonathan replied on the same Sunday and even gave me really helpful advice . I emailed again some other issues I wanted to clarify thinking he will tell me to pay a fee but to my surprise he responded immediately in the most professional manner . At least I know where I stand with regards to the wall and would highly recommend them as they appear to have an in-depth knowledge of party wall issues and provide clear non jargon advice .
