Thank you for your kind review Sarah. This was some structural work next door that could have an impact on the party wall when new beams were inserted. Initially we were appointed as adjoining owner's party wall surveyor but then the parties were happy for me to act as the Agreed Surveyor. With notices tidied up and a schedule of condition taken, we were able to serve the party wall award and all parties are now protected.
