Thank you for your review. A loft conversion often involves the need to insert steel beams into party walls. This requires serving a Section 2 Party Wall Notice which we were happy to do. The Adjoining Owner consented subject to a Schedule of Condition being taken of her property. We were happy to carry this out. Another happy customer.
