PARTY WALL AGREEMENT/SCHEDULE OF CONDITION I approached Bluegrass Surveying to prepare a Party Wall Agreement for a forthcoming Loft Conversion in Surrey. They were very prompt and efficient in response, and clearly explained the necessary process and paperwork needed. The communication with my neighbour was seamless and very accommodating. We agreed on preparation of a Schedule of Condition and Bluegrass Surveying visited my neighbour to conduct the survey and take photos. Thank you for your review. A loft conversion often involves the need to insert steel beams into party walls. This requires serving a Section 2 Party Wall Notice which we were happy to do. The Adjoining Owner consented subject to a Schedule of Condition being taken of her property. We were happy to carry this out. Another happy customer.
