Our neighbour was getting a loft conversion done and Jonathan needed access to our flat to do the Survey of Condition beforehand, and thenwent back in after the work was completed to do the follow-up survey. Although I never personally met him, the communication was good with both myself and the tenants. The report I received was clear and thorough. Thank you for your kind review. It is always a good idea to have a schedule of condition taken of your property before a neighbour begins building work to a loft conversion or an extension. That way any damage caused by the work can be easily identified. We were happy to carry ou this work after the party wall notices had been sent.
